The vegetable garden is looking  really good at the moment and we’re beginning to harvest beans, sweetcorn and tomatoes.  Courgettes turned into marrows long ago and the butternut squash are maturing nicely.  First batch of plum jam now made and over the weekend I will be foraging the damson trees I found last week to make more jam.  Its a good life….
